02Pricing & availability
- Prices, packages, delivery fees and service charges shown on the website may change without notice and are confirmed only in your written booking confirmation.
- Estimates produced by the website — including cart totals, the invitation estimator and Design Your Space totals — are estimates. Final prices may differ because of tax, mileage, venue access, customization or other factors.
- The availability calendar is a guide. Dates are not reserved until we confirm them in writing.
- Displayed “value” figures for bundles reflect the combined price of the included items when rented separately.
03Images & colors
- Photographs of finished setups in our gallery and portfolio show real events we decorated.
- Some images on this website — including page banner images, the empty venue shown on the homepage and in Design Your Space, the studio-style product cut-outs and the 3D models — are digitally created illustrations used for design and demonstration. They are not photographs of our work or of specific venues.
- The 3D models and cut-outs are representations of our rental pieces and may differ from the actual items in proportion, finish, color and detail.
- Colors vary between screens and between screen and real life. Real materials — wood, fabric, florals and balloons — vary naturally from piece to piece.
- Items shown styled with florals, greenery, lighting or props may be pictured with extras that are rented separately.
043D models & Design Your Space
Design Your Space is a planning aid. It shows an approximate impression of how rental pieces might look in a photo of your space. Sizes are approximate and depend on the settings you choose and on your photo’s angle and lens. It does not measure your venue, and it does not confirm that any piece will fit, is permitted by your venue, or can be safely installed where shown.
Always confirm dimensions, ceiling heights, access and venue rules with us and with your venue before booking.
05Safety
Decor items can be heavy, tall, breakable or flammable, and balloons can be a choking hazard to young children. Safe use of rental items is the renter’s responsibility, as set out in our Terms & Conditions, including the release and waiver of liability and indemnification.
06Testimonials
Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of past clients. Your experience may differ, and testimonials are not a guarantee of any particular result.
